This is a mini-portrait of the 44th Adjutant General of the California National Guard under the 38th Governor of the State of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Commander-in-Chief. His image is in the mural I painted of California Military History for the California State Military Museum in Old Sacramento, CA.
